1.3 If you receive a product with manufacturing defects, flaws, or damage not caused by misuse or improper handling, you are entitled to our replacement (see Section 5).

2.1 Product descriptions, dimensions, and specifications are provided and accurate to the real product.

2.2 Customers will be notified if there are any modifications or changes.

2.3 As we are a wholesale supplier, product pricing is not publicly displayed. Customers must request a quotation through our Get a Quote form.

3. Orders & Payments

3.1 Orders are subject to confirmation and acceptance by us.
3.2 Quotations are valid for a limited period (as stated in the quotation).
3.3 Payment terms will be agreed upon in writing before order processing.

4. Shipping & Delivery

4.1 Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on location and logistics.
4.2 Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery of the goods to the carrier.

5. Warranty & Claims

5.1 Our stainless steel sinks are guaranteed to be free from material and manufacturing defects under normal use.
5.2 Warranty does not cover damages caused by:

• Misuse, neglect, or improper installation.

• Use of harsh chemicals or non-recommended cleaning methods.

• Normal wear and tear (e.g., minor scratches, surface marks).
  5.3 If a product is found defective within the warranty period, we may, at our discretion, offer:

• Replacement of the product.

• Credit toward a future purchase.
  5.4 All claims must be submitted in writing with photographic evidence within 7 days of delivery.

6. Returns & Exchanges

6.1 Returns are accepted only for defective or incorrect products.
6.2 Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
6.3 Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
